Everseat is a patient-centered scheduling platform that helps patients get access to appointments they need with their healthcare providers.
Everseat efficiently solves the supply & demand imbalance for appointments.
Unfilled appointments mean lost revenue for service providers and lost opportunities for consumers. Finding last minute customers is time-consuming, manual and often unsuccessful.
For consumers, a lack of transparency and process around booking cancelled (often coveted) appointments means last minute openings are simply unknown. Busy consumers cannot find the right services at the right time. Calling or waiting for a call from a receptionist is inefficient and often unsuccessful.
Everseat matches up the supply of open appointments with the consumers who need them.
We define a service provider as anyone who runs their business on an appointment basis. Examples of service providers (also sometimes referred to as vendors) are: dentists, physicians, physical therapists, personal trainers, veterinarians, hair stylists, estheticians, manicurists, massage therapists, yoga instructors, etc.
Everseat enables provider organizations to post open appointments so that consumers can find slots that work for their schedules via the free Everseat mobile app or web app. Appointments are posted and claimed in real-time, significantly increasing efficiency for the providers, and dramatically improving the consumer experience.
We have free apps for both iPhone and Android. To download the mobile app, search for Everseat in your app store.

Consumers can “favorite” you as one of the service providers that they typically see—essentially flagging you in the app. Most consumers tend to have 5 to 8 favorite service providers they see on a regular basis (dentist, eye doctor, dermatologist, pediatrician, personal trainer, veterinarian, hair stylist, etc.). Identifying “favorites” makes search infinitely easier and more efficient. It also lets consumers receive notifications about your relevant appointments.
Consumers can determine the type of notifications they will receive — up to 3 notifications, just to be 100% certain. They can choose to receive a “push” notification within the app, and/or a text to their mobile phone, and/or an email to the email address they provided upon registration. Consumers can choose how and when they are notified within the settings section.
Consumers can upload a picture of their insurance card under the settings section of the app in “My Insurance Cards.” Once a consumer requests an appointment, you will receive an image of their insurance information.
Yes, our mobile app has a button that the consumer can push to request directions to the service provider. Our platform leverages the user’s phone’s built-in maps for providing directions. The most accurate directions will require that the user permits the mobile app to enable the GPS tracking of their phone and to allow it to know where they are.
Yes! Everseat works with Lyft, the ride sharing service, to provide rides in minutes. After an appointment is confirmed, a consumer can request a Lyft to your business straight from our mobile app.
Inside your Everseat profile, consumers can find your office address, contact information, and driving directions as well as bios and pictures for each service provider.
If you want to refer a service provider, please feel free to tell them about the platform. Also, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will contact them directly on your behalf. You may also call us directly at 888-899-9506.
Consumers earn gift cards when they book appointments with you through Everseat. Consumers earn 100 points for the first confirmed appointment and 50 points for each appointment after.
