How do I create a new seat/appointment type?

To create a new seat type, go to the Configurations tab. Type the new appointment name into the first field and click Add. Scroll down to add appointment notes, duration, and expiration information.

How do I edit an existing seat/appointment type?

To edit the default settings for an existing appointment type, go to the Configurations tab. Click on the name of the appointment type.  Scroll down to add appointment notes, duration, and expiration information. To change the appointment type name, click Edit next to the name.

How do I delete seats for a specific period of time?

Unintegrated

To delete a seat, click anywhere on the text for the seat on the dashboard. On the Edit a Seat window, select the read Delete Seat button.  

Integrated

To delete seats set up an Exception under the Integrations tab.

Go to the Integrations tab, select Personnel Schedules. Choose a personnel and location from the drop down menus. Click the Edit button, then select Add under Exceptions. Choose a start date and end date on the calendar and click the Save button.

How can I see information for patients whose appointments expired or were denied?

You can view this information at the bottom of the Analytics tab. Here you will see:

  • Appointment type and start time
  • Appointment status (denied or expired)
  • User/patient’s name, DOB, phone number

What do “expires at” and “appointment expiration” mean?

The expiration time is the period of time before an appointment when the seat will not longer be available to book. A 2pm seat will expire at 1:30pm if the expiration is set to 30 minutes. Patients can request this seat up until 1:30pm.

Where do I update my credit card on file?

Go to the Account Settings tab and select the Subscription Information page.
