Everseat is a scheduling platform that helps you get access to the appointments you need with your favorite providers. You no longer have to wait on hold to book your appointments – you can schedule them straight from our website!
When you need an appointment, you can go to our website at app.everseat.com and search for your provider. You’ll see the available appointments they have to offer. Request the appointment that works for you to send a request to your provider. You can book as a guest or create an account. When their office confirms, you’re all set!
To turn off alerts on our website, log in to your account and click Welcome. Select Favorites from the drop down menu. Select People or Locations to see your favorites. Select Disable Alerts.
If you can’t access your Everseat account, first ensure your email address is confirmed. To confirm your email address, enter your email address here. You will see a message that the email has been sent to you or a message that your email has already been confirmed.

To confirm your email address, click the link in the email you receive from Everseat upon signing up for your account. You can also trigger this email to be sent to you by entering your email address here.
You can cancel a request up until it is responded to by your provider. On the website, log in to your account and click Welcome. Select Appointments from the drop down menu. Select cancel next to the seat.
To cancel an appointment after it has been confirmed by your provider, contact the provider directly.
When you request an appointment, it is pending until your provider reviews it and responds. You will receive notifications about the status of your appointment after the office responds. Do not go to your appointment until you receive a notification that your appointment is confirmed. If you have questions about the status of your appointment, please contact your provider directly.
Yes – you can book as many appointments as you need through Everseat for free.
You can favorite service providers that you typically see, flagging them in the app. Identifying your favorites makes search easier and more efficient. It also allows you to receive notifications about relevant appointments.
On the website, click on Welcome and select Favorites from the drop down menu.
Select the star icon next to a provider or location to add them as a Favorite. To be notified when there are new appointments available for a location or provider, select Enable Alerts on the website.
On the website, log in to your account and click Welcome. Select Settings from the drop down menu. Select Notifications.
After you send the appointment request, the provider will respond. You will receive a notification that your appointment is confirmed or denied.
To view appointment details for appointments scheduled through Everseat, on the website, log in to your account and click Welcome. Select Appointments from the drop down menu.
Yes, you can book appointments for family members. On the website, log in to your account and click Welcome. Select Settings from the drop down menu. Select Manage My Family.
Everseat currently only allows one insurance card to be added for each category: medical, dental, and vision. Your provider’s office will be able to see all uploaded cards.
The cost of the service is determined entirely by the service provider.
You can earn points towards gift cards when you book appointments with your providers through Everseat. You earn 100 points for your first confirmed appointment and 50 points for each appointment after.
