Customer success associates implement Everseat solutions, train new customers, and provide ongoing support to clients and patient end users to ensure their success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage implementation projects including integrations with client practice management systems, set up, training, and go live
- Conduct meetings with clients to complete implementation tasks and provide regular updates to stakeholders about the implementation timeline
- Serve as a subject matter expert on the solutions we provide for patient access and healthcare scheduling
- Proactively guide customers from adoption to full utilization of Everseat products
- Provide software support for clients and end users
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the company to answer client questions, implement new ideas, and share feedback from customers
- Cultivate trusting relationships with the customers of varying backgrounds, personality types, and roles at the client organization
- Assist colleagues with product development, marketing, and sales, serving as product expert
Qualifications and skills:
- Passion for healthcare technology
- Can-do attitude
- Project management experience
- Superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to create processes and complete projects in an unstructured environment
- Resilient, able to face new challenges daily
- Relentless focus on process improvement and driving efficiency
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Deep experience with business software tools and social media platforms
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 1-4 years of relevant experience
